She was predeceased by: her mother Janice E. Gromling (Frymoyer). She is survived by: her husband Robert Donald Row, IV; her father John H. Gromling; her sister Cheri L. Ash (Harold J. Ash) of Reading; and her niece Sheila Hinkle.
