She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Macmullan; and her parents, Walter Levan and Sarah Levan (Noll). She is survived by: her children, Judy Newpher-Rider (Craig) of Fleetwood and Denis Newpher (Elizbeth); her stepchildren, Donna Stitt, Debbie Stewart (Bob) and David Macmullan; her grandchildren, Tara Newpher, Lee Newpher, Jennifer Loxley (Burke), Brian Pum (Danielle), Christopher Stewart and Jamie Fesko (Todd); and her brother Carl Levan (Janet). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
