He is survived by: his children, Joel Harvey, Frank Eaddy Sr. (Jacqueline), Marsha Eaddy of Reading and Roschelle Harris (George) of Reading; his siblings, Alley Harvey, Fannie Harvey and Rufus Harvey; and his granddaughter Bonnita Ryle (Raymond). He is also survived by grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
