He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mull and Dolores Mull (Strause); and his siblings, James Mull (Michele L. Mull) of Spring Township, Barbara Mull, Deborah Kurtz and Cynthia Mull.

He is survived by: his wife Monica A. Mull (Nally); his stepchildren, Stephen M. Herber of Exeter Township, Richard C. Herber, Jr. of Oley and Cynthia A. McCabe; and his siblings, Elizabeth Lischak (Pete Lischak) of Reading, Michael Mull of Shillington and Steven R. Mull, Sr. (Marguerite Mull) of Shillington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
