He is survived by: his wife Janet Costenbader (Bunten); and his sons, Jay Costenbader (Susan) of Naples, FL, Jeffrey Costenbader (Sue Ellen) of Robesonia and Joel Costenbader (Melissa) of Rotonda West, FL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
