He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Herr (Long) and Ernest C Herr. He is survived by: his spouse Loris K. Herr (Kopac); his children, Laura (Peter), Cindy VanHise (David VanHise) of Perkasie, PA and Cliff Herr of Cumru Township; his granddaughters, Katherine and Brittany; and his sister Jane Eisenhower (Don Eisenhower). He is also survived by his family and many friends.
