It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Homcha (Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vasil Homcha (Wash) and Justina Homcha (Sas); and his siblings, Elsie, Helen, Michael, Wash, Frank and George.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Kattner; and his children, Michele Green of Wyomissing, Marie Kaminskas (Michael Kaminskas) and Michael Homcha (Joan Homcha) of Douglassville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
