He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Peter and Matilda Louise Weaver (Hensinger); his wife Joyce Naomi Weaver (Ebersole); and his siblings, Kenneth T. Weaver, Harold V. Weaver, Robert G. Weaver and Betty Dilliplane.

He is survived by: his daughter Linda S. Weaver of Laureldale; his grandson Bradley Rightmyer; and his great grandchild Luke Rightmyer.
