Stumhofer (Sarvis); his sons, Devon K. Youse (Victoria Coronado) and Jeffrey M. Youse (Anndee Youse); his sister Margaret Trate; his half-sister Donna Ruiz; his stepsons, David M. Green and Steven A. Green; his mother-in-law Betty Jane; and his sister-in-law Mandy Sarvis.
