He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland W. McCloughan and Pearl E. McCloughan (Fausnaught); and his siblings, Leona Frizzell, Rolland, Arthur, Robert and Donald.
He is survived by: his daughter Holly Balatgek (Mark) of Exeter; his granddaughters, Kaila Balatgek (Damein Lobach) of South Whitehall and Katrina Balatgek Thompson (Chris) of Richmond, VA; and his brother Paul McCloughan of Hamburg.
