He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo H. Eisenhart and Shirley E. Eisenhart (Lutz); and his sister Patricia Ann White. He is survived by: his husband Dale Richard Boyer; his sisters, Linda E. Marks of Temple and Anita L. Cipolla of Temple; Rowyn, Ryder, Linda L. Leibensperger of Cressona and Jayne E. Wagner of Schuylkill Haven. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephew's and many great-great nieces.
