He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Koch (Drexel). He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Palmer and Sharon Koch; his grandchildren, Melissa Drexel, Irene Kerns, Shawn Koch, Leon J. Palmer, Jr. and Stevon J. Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Briana Freymoyer, Trinity, Ashley, Dyas, Jonathan, Jr. and Conor Kerns.
