He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta Lang (McIntosh) and Dandiman Lang; his wife Jenora Lang (Dunbar); his son Leon Winston Lang Jr.; and his siblings, Waldron Lang and Evelyn Lang.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise S. Lang (Joseph Marshall); and his sister Uneeda Shade. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
