He was predeceased by: his spouse Gale M. Weaver (Sheaffer); his parents, Elmer Weaver and Vera Weaver (Fox); his daughter Lynda Weaver; his granddaughter Rachel Howe; and his brother Elmer Weaver Jr..

He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Howe (Richard Howe) of Mohrsville and Susan Davis (Mark Davis) of Gettysburg; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Justin Davis, Greta Howe and Kirsten Weaver (Vincent Ingenito); and his great grandchildren, Vincent and Lydia Ingenito.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Bean Funeral Homes & Crematory (3825 Penn Ave, Reading, PA 19608). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:50 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bean Funeral Homes & Crematory (3825 Penn Ave, Sinking Spring, PA 19608).
