He is survived by: his daughters, Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz (Felix) and Ana Josalina Cepeda; his former wife Ana Cepeda; his siblings, Rafael Cepeda, Pedro Cepeda, Hector Cepeda, Justo Cepeda, Euladina Mercedes "Lila" Cepeda and Reina Cepeda; and his grandchildren, Enith Milanny Munroe and Elias Messiah Munroe.
