She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Antonio Portes; and her parents, Santanino Diaz and Francisca Diaz (Almonte). She is survived by: her children, Jacob, Dominga, Alejandro, Diego, Ines, Menzo, Agueda, Severino, Francico, Noemi, Aminada, Mercede and Diojene. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
