She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Herbert and Marion D. Herbert (Byron); her husband Charles C. Kolevas of Born; and her children, James Gockley and Connie Strunk.

She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria A. Shaffer and Charlene Sands of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her sisters, Ramona Bingaman of Reading, PA, Anita Hornberger of Reading, PA and Grand. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
