For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert F. Shugars and Christine S. Shugars (Dziki) of Muhlenberg Township; his brother Nathan L. Shugars; his aunt Cynthia A. Snyder; and his cousin Christopher Lambi.
He was also recognized for safely locating a citizen with Alzheimer's disease who had wandered off.
