He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances V. Spangler (Wenrich) and Wilmer A. Spangler; and his brother Richard Spangler. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Y. Armstrong of Glen Allen; and his grandchildren, Loyal Grimes and Laya Grimes.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Feeney Funeral Home (625 N 4th St, Reading, PA 19601). A prayer was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
