She was predeceased by: her spouse Carol A. Winterhalter; her parents, Archie A. Fiscus and Ruth E. Fiscus (Weaver); her son David M. Winterhalter; and her brother Ronald E. Fiscus.

She is survived by: her children, Ruth Ann (George Von Nieda), Jill E. (Chris Giles) and Jon A. (Debra Winterhalter); and her grandsons, Christopher (Allison Von Nieda), Jonathan Von Nieda, Matthew Winterhalter (Ashley Thompson) and Andrew (Joy Winterhalter). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
