It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicolas Castaneda Escovar of Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 10, 2026, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Nicolas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nicolas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Ramon Castaneda. He is survived by: his wife Celia Esparza Ramirez; his mother Maria De Jesus Escovar; and his children, Sandra, Desli, Miguel, Gabriela and Allison Castaneda Espareza. He is also survived by four siblings.
