He is survived by: his grandparents, Reina Cepeda and Rafael Montero; his aunts and uncles, Wanda Bautista, Kismeé Cepeda, Tiffany Cepeda, Reina Lucia Cepeda, Agiga Cepeda, Eddie Cepeda, Chino Cepeda and Gilbert Cepeda; his cousins, Johel Martinez, Jade Escobar-Cepeda, Jovani Martinez, Johanna Martinez, Julius Stinette, Isaiah Ruiz, Elias Stinette, Lisaida Ruiz, Joylani Martinez and Johanny Cepeda; his caregivers, Lisa Poper, Esmeralda Diaz and Sharon Hunter; his godparents, Mariam Matias and Adan De La Rosa; and his father Vladimir De La Rosa.
