It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noemi Rivera of Reading, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 21, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Ramos and Aurora Ramos (Mariani); and her siblings, Rachel Torres, Oscar Ramos and Daniel Ramos.
She is survived by: her husband Hector M. Rivera of Reading, PA; her children, Stephen Falu of Wilkes Barre, PA and Brenda Lee Falu Diaz (Juan Diaz-Santiago) of Reading, PA; her grandchildren, Sahara, Jasmine, Stefon and Amaz; her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Jalen, Jada, Jacian, Ryder and Kehlani; and her siblings, John A. Ramos of Portland, Maine, Laura Ramos of Los Angeles, California and Wanda Lisa Ureña of Shillington, PA.. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews.
