She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Wertz; and her parents, Bernard J. Henry and June M. Henry (Quinn). She is survived by: her children, Michael W. Wertz of Reading, Jeffrey W. Wertz (Tammie L. Wertz) of Fleetwood and Marcia L. Zambito (Jamie L. Zambito); her grandchildren, Drew Wertz, Colin Wertz, Haley Zambito and Kevin Zambito; and her siblings, Bernard Henry, Jr. (Mary Henry) of Shillington, Kathleen Grim (James Grim) of Fleetwood and Ann Fortier (Roy Fortier) of Temple.
