He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard J. Mullen and Margaret Mullen (Geil); and his brother Bernard J. Mullen Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mullen (Pietrzyk); and his brother Richard Mullen.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kopicki-Bradley Funeral Home, Inc. (239 S 9th St, Reading, PA 19602). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (679 Upland Ave, Reading, PA 19607).
