He is survived by: his wife Ruby Anita Jacobs; his son Andre Jacobs; his niece Rhonda Jill Horne; his granddaughter Lahlani Joyce Jacobs; and his niece Tasha. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many other loving relatives and friends.
