He is survived by: his wife Christine Kurtz; his children, Linda C. Kurtz, Brandi M. Mulholland, Ashley M. Mulholland, Irvine R. Green, Nathan M. Mulholland and Samuel Borzallino; and his brothers, Robert Mulholland and Scott Mulholland. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
