She is survived by: her husband Eric Kutz, Sr.; her sons, Justin Hess and Joshua Kutz; her stepchildren, Angel Dotterer, Crystal Vowell, Preston Kutz and Eric Kutz, Jr.; and her siblings, Amy Nein, Donna Zella, Linda Czeiner, Allen Hess and Lamar Hess, Jr.. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren.
