He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Ann Davis (Huyett); his parents, George Davis and Sarah Davis (Merkel); and his siblings, John Davis and Violet Cooley.

He is survived by: his children, Lynette Davis of Bernville and Bruce Davis (Harmony Davis) of Edinburgh; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Jack and Eloise.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church 4125 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, PA 19608 in memory of Mr. Richard C. Davis.
