He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lenzi (Hansell); his brothers, Ronald Lenzi II (Lorraine) of Willow Grove and Randall Lenzi of Norristown; his nephews, Ronald Lenzi III of Quakertown and Thomas Lenzi of Willow Grove; and his pet Sushi.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Ricky's name be made to the McGinn Cancer Center.
