He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T. Cooper, Sr. and Lillian Cooper (Wanner); his son Steven; and his sister Gloria Drexel. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Diane Cooper; and his children, Jeffrey Lee Cooper of Reading, Constance Burkhart of Mohnton, Eileen Hummel (Wayne Hummel, III) of Mohnton and Eric Douglas Cooper (Lori Cooper) of Kenhorst. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
