He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Keffer and Minerva Keffer (Spatz); and his sister Louise Gockley. He is survived by: his wife Lydia J. Keffer; his sons, Robert L. Keffer Jr. (Joyce), Scott A. Keffer (Deb) and Todd M. Keffer (Shannon); his grandchildren, Tabitha, Nicholas, Brandon, Amanda, Abbey and Skyler; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Liam, Elliot and Mara.
