He was predeceased by: his wife Mary E. Rhein (Stamper); and his parents, Charles L. Rhein and Lucy M. Rhein (Ochocki). He is survived by: his children, Robin Rhein-Smith (Mark) and Tobin Rhein; and his sisters, Doris Pfleger and Gertrude Reeser.
