He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Schneider and Alice Schneider (Oswald); and his brother Ralph Schneider. He is survived by: his son Robert C. Schneider; his stepchildren, Chad Endy and Kathleen Byerly; his grandchildren, Zachary Schneider and Haley Hughes; his stepgranddaughter Keira Endy; his great grandchildren, Matteo, Isabella and Lucas; and his close friend Joy Himmelmann.
