He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy J. Spatz (Zielinski); and his parents, Minnie M. Spatz and Robert Kerns. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa M. (Brent S. Iwanyszyn) and Laura A. Spatz; and his grandchildren, Joshua B. and Emily L. Iwanyszyn of Hamburg.
