It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalie Ann Loeper of Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rosalie Ann Loeper to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sech and Helen Sech (Madzin); and her brother Michael Potojecki. She is survived by: her husband Conrad Loeper; her children, Deborah Willeman (Dean) of Lebanon, PA, Brian Loeper (Brandi) of Moreland, GA and Dennis Loeper of Fleetwood, PA; her grandchildren, Andrew and Hannah; and her daughter-in-law Heather. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM. A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Church (151 N 9th St, Reading, PA 19601). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Gethsemane Cemetery (3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, or Mary's Shelter in Rosalie's memory.
