He is survived by: his daughter Karen; his niece Christine Carroll (Paul); his great-nephews, Shaun, Ryan and Evan; his great-niece Alexa; his sister-in-law Helen Baardsen; his friends, Mike Matus, Pete Baney, Nikki Samuels and Lee Bach; Jensen.
