He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Magee and Joan Magee (Drumheller); and his brothers, Eddie Magee and Randy Magee. He is survived by: his girlfriend Crystal L. Smith (Hutsko); his children, Kailey S. Magee (Allyssa Brettman) and Tyler L. Magee (Kiana Maria Szymkiewicz); and his grandchildren, Adrienne Smith (Nick Lane), Riley Smith, Jaxson Tyler Magee, Destiny Ivory Magee and Riley Nicole Magee.
