It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Adam of Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Adam; and her sister Andrea Lee Horning. She is survived by: her sisters, Jean R. Sweigart (late Richard) of Wyomissing and Wendy L. Earley (late Glenn) of Shillington; her sister-in-law Jean Schultz of Sicklerville, NJ; and her siblings' children, Adam Schultz, Donna Garcia, Rachel Maygar, Rebecca Schafer, Matthew Sweigart, Andrew and Isaac Earley.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Maidencreek Church (261 Main St, Blandon, PA 19510).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ruth's memory may be offered to her church at the address below.
