She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Singer; her parents, Clifford Roth and Birdie Roth; her sister Barbara McSwain; and also Kady Huddleston.

She is survived by : her children, Steve Singer (Maria), Jan Murray (Mark), Mark Singer (Sharon), Beth O'Shaughnessy (Jim) and Rob Singer (Darlene).

“I was saddened to hear of the death of Ruth. She was a great lady and I have many fond memories of growing up just one house away from the Singer family. She was always welcoming to us Tobler's. I had a lot of fun with the Singer kids, playing on the front porch and in the yard. She will be remembered in my prayers as well as the entire Singer family. Sr. Carol”
