It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Moatz of Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Mary Moatz (Kantner); and his parents, Paul Nathan and Elda Moatz (Weidner). He is survived by: his children, Robert S. Moatz of Temple, Terry L (Rose Moatz) of Womelsdorf and Cheryl Moatz of Florida; his grandchildren, Brandon Moatz, Rebeka Moatz, Kristin Snyder and Lydia Snyder; his great grandchild Benjamin Moatz; and his sisters, Mary Jane Escriche of Arkansas, Mamie M. Phillips of Fleetwood and Helen Christman of Wyomissing.
