She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred R. Jacobs and Dorothy E. Jacobs (Berrett); her daughter Cynthia M. Heiser; and her siblings, Raymond J. Jacobs, Ronald L. Jacobs and Patricia L. Prutzman.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene M. Moyer; her son James L. Moyer; her close friend Alma White; her sisters, Beverly A. Jacobs, Dorothea L. Zerbe, Jane M. Jacobs and Alison R. (Joseph Wydawski); and her grandchildren, Thomas J. Heiser and Christina M. Heiser. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
