She was predeceased by: her husband John Gilbert; and her parents, James Hughes and Catherine Hughes (Senocki). She is survived by: her children, Mary Overly (Craig), Colleen Defrees (Mark Fultz), Rebecca Aguilera (Edward), John W. Gilbert and Jamie M. Gilbert; her grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle, Dylan, Kali, Jared, Ian, Hannah, Emily, Luke and Sarah; her great grandchild Alexandra; and her brother Theodore.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Catharine of Siena R. C. C. (7945 Boyertown Pike, Boyertown, PA 19512). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Calendar St. Catharine of Siena Church (4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C. Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
