With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra L. McMichael of Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 28, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William James and Jane Marie Heil (Shearer); and her sister Susan P. Heil. She is survived by: her husband Richard C. McMichael; her daughter Erin Marie McMichael; her close friend Jason Wert of Reading; her stepdaughter Ruthie Ward; her grandchildren, Richard Hummel of Millsboro, DE, Thomas Hummel of Millsboro, DE, Russell Ball and Thayer Wert; and her great grandchildren, Clayton Hummel, Braylen Ball and Asher Ball.
