She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Adam and Elsie Adam (Turner); her boyfriend George Kosmoski; and her siblings, Geraldine Congileo and Barry Adam.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry (Randy Lockhart), Candace (Walter Witman) and Dione Collins; and her grandchildren, Randy Lockhart Jr., Gregg Lockhart, Nicole Pelehowski, Urbrana Fry and Alicia Cobb. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
