Sophie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Lojec and Catherine Dysput; and her great grandchild Morgan O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Felix J. Cichowicz; her children, Donna M. (Terrence A. O'Brien) and Michael A. Cichowicz (Kimberly A.) of Lewes, DE; her grandsons, Joshua A. O'Brien (Amy D.), Christopher S. O'Brien (Leeahna E.), Eric J. Cichowicz (Taylor D.) and Tyler M. Cichowicz (Colton M.); and her great grandchild Darren A. O'Brien.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (250 S 12th St, Reading, PA 19602-1225). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Parkinson's Disease Association.
