It is with sadness that the passing of Theresa T. Kowatch (Reading, Pennsylvania) is shared. Theresa, born on January 2, 1951, passed away on October 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert J. Thomas and Maude Virginia Thomas (Wendlinger); and her brothers, Jack Thomas, Michael Thomas and Daniel Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband James N. Kowatch; her children, Alison Foura (Scott (Sinking Spring) and James T. Kowatch (Baltimore, MD); her granddaughters, Gabriella, Julianna and Sophia Grace Foura; and her siblings, Paul Thomas, Barbara Chigger, Phillip Thomas and Carol Suprina.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church (2600 St Albans Dr, Reading, PA 19609). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
