It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wiliam Roman Lugo of Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pablo Torres and Candida Lugo; his children, William Roman, Inez Roman, Aida Berrios and Elizabeth Ramos; his siblings, Pablo Roman, Miriam and Noreida; and his daughter Lydia G. Berrios. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
