He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Tobias and Ludella E. Tobias (Ochs). He is survived by: his son Thomas Matthew Ansel; and his siblings, Loretta J. Kimmel (late Robert N.), Dolores M. Bylina (late John), Nathan R. Tobias and Gerald W. Tobias (Claire D.). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
