He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Terenchin (Terefenko) and William Terenchin; and his sister Sonja Fatula. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne E. Terenchin (Petruska) of Reading; his sons, Patrick A. Terenchin (David Ludwig) of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Alexander W. Terenchin (Elizabeth); his sister Cheryl Terenchin of Kenhorst; his nephew Daryl Fatula; and his nieces, Susan Fatula and Dr. Kathleen Petruska.
